Sometimes, when I ran out of what to cook for dinner (Chinese food), I will just go western. Its so much easier to prepare and less time consuming. From preparation to ready-to-eat, it took me less than 30 minutes....
All I need to do is to put the beef steak (marinated with all necessary spices) into the oven to grill.
Scrub the potatoes and make a cross on top. Put it in the microwave, set it on high for 10mins, take it out, put some sour cream and bacon on it. I usually fried the bacon but used the ready-fried one for this...taste not as nice but passable.
There's always lettuce and cherry tomatoes in my fridge, so just wash some and put on the plate. Open a can of baked beans and that's it!
